Can anyone point me to information on the family of William Edward Lee, who was born in Greenville County, S.C., in 1843 (I believe in September)? William Edward moved to Cherokee County, Ga., and married there after the Civil War in 1866. He served in the 36th Ga. Infantry, if that's of any help. Thank you very much for any assistance!!
